Transit-Oriented Development

The city’s zoning code includes a mapped, form-based transit-oriented development (TOD) district for a commuter rail station area (§17.4.608). The vision for the TOD zone is a pedestrian-friendly mix of commercial, residential, and civic uses. The district includes street type, use type, building type, open space type, landscaping, parking, and signage standards.
