Transit-Oriented Development

The town’s zoning code includes a mapped transit-oriented development (TOD) district for a commuter rail station area (§282.8.4). The vision for the Rail Transit District (RTD) is a pedestrian-friendly mix of high-technology, research and development, and incubator employment uses; storefront retail; and age-restricted and multifamily housing.
