Wildland-Urban Interface

This article discusses the benefits of developing a CWPP, with the help of a series of case studies. The benefits include but are not limited to fuel reduction, enhancement of social networks, development of learning communities, and building community capacity. It includes case studies of eight States - California, Colorado, Florida, Minnesota, Montana, Oregon, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
