Scenic View Protection

Oregon’s statewide planning goals and guidelines include provisions to conserve scenic and environmental areas (§660-015-0000).  A complimentary booklet, Oregon’s Statewide Planning Goals and Guidelines, outlines actions for local governments, including guidance to inventory resources, provide procedures and standards, and to develop programs to protect scenic areas.
