Scenic View Protection

This report outlines visual impacts of the Orange Grove Project, which consists of a power plant on land that was previously used for agricultural purposes. It contains an impact evaluation, including construction impacts and operation impacts, a description of visible major equipment, a scenic quality evaluation, and a visual impact evaluation. Additional elements include a description of the before and after of an area and a scenic quality inventory and evaluation chart.
