Scenic View Protection

This report reviews how different municipalities have approached scenic view protection. It reviews 15 case studies, including examples from the US and abroad, that highlight the methodologies and criteria use by each municipality to protect scenic views. Appendixes discuss viewpoint statistical analysis, line of sight analysis and information on relocating view areas and corridors.
