Wildland-Urban Interface

This interactive map displays potential hazard to an area under worst case scenario environmental conditions. The map, created by the NWACA, is based on the synthesis of three critical components of fire behavior in the wildland-urban interface: vegetation hazard based on density, slope, and structure density of the area. This map has been prepared using Lidar data.
