Scenic View Protection

The town’s land development and subdivision code protects viewsheds by requiring plans to assess impacts on scenic viewsheds. Additionally, it encourages the use of buffers by protecting existing vegetated buffers and creating visual buffers between new structures and residential areas (§23-65).
