Scenic View Protection

The town’s scenic road code protects scenic roads features, such as trees and stone walls, during repairs, maintenance, reconstruction, or paving work (§145.1). It provides procedures and criteria for designating scenic roads and for approval to work on a scenic road (§145.4 et seq.). A Scenic Road Bylaw FAQ page provides further information on bylaws.
