Downtown Revitalization

This downtown plan details a comprehensive strategy to guide downtown development and public investments for a small town on the Canadian border. Individual sections address zoning and comprehensive plan consistency, buildings and conditions, an inventory of commercial and retail space, employment opportunities, an inventory of residential units, bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure and amenities, streetscape and utilities, signage, parking, recreation, capital improvements program, and an action plan with funding opportunities.
