Downtown Revitalization

This downtown plan details a comprehensive strategy to guide downtown development and public investments. It has five guiding principles: downtown is walkable; downtown is connected to the community; downtown is a desirable place; downtown is alive; and downtown is convenient. The plan includes visions for three subdistricts, and it organizes implementation actions under five categories addressing marketing, land use, historic resources, parking, infrastructure, and circulation.
