Neighborhood Planning

This guide is designed to help neighborhood organizations participate in the city’s neighborhood planning program. Individual sections provide an overview of neighborhood planning and address organizing a neighborhood planning team, developing an outreach strategy, developing a neighborhood newsletter, understanding background data, conducting a survey, parts of a neighborhood plan, holding a workshop, balloting the neighborhood, neighborhood plan review and adoption, and implementation.
