Neighborhood Planning

This subarea plan details a comprehensive strategy to guide development and public investments in a collection of three, physically and demographically diverse neighborhoods. Individual sections introduce the plan and address background and previous plans, engaging the community, organizing to empower the community, homegrown jobs, growing a healthy community, transportation improvements, public spaces and infrastructure, housing for everyone, and development strategies.
