Outdoor Lighting

In the city’s comprehensive plan, the Natural Resources chapter addresses outdoor lighting. Goal 2 is to maintain the city as a “dark-sky” community, minimizing unnecessary outdoor lighting through educational efforts and effective exterior lighting ordinances.
