Outdoor Lighting

The city’s Nuisance chapter in its code of ordinances addresses nuisance light on residential properties (§13-2(c)(24)). Glare, light trespass, and intermittent lighting impacting residential properties between 11pm and 7am is declared a nuisance, to be enforced as with other nuisances.
