Home Occupations

This model ordinance provides a template to help cities and counties revise their home occupations regulations. It uses performance standards, which can be tailored to individual community needs. The model includes suggestions for concurrent revisions to other areas of jurisdictional bylaws to be made when updating the home occupations ordinance. The model supports the PVPC’s smart growth initiatives.
