Home Occupations

The city's zoning code permits home occupations by right, subject to use-specific standards (§155.005.B). The home occupation permit process requires the submission of a site development plan and an evaluation of existing infrastructure capacity (§155.006.G.1 C&D). Home occupations must comply with storage, dwelling modification, nuisance, employee, sign, sales, traffic, and parking standards (§155.006.G.2).
