Capital Improvements Programming

This standalone policy establishes capital planning requirements for the county. It addresses roles and responsibilities, stakeholder participation, approval of the CIP, CIP project selection, balancing of revenues and expenditures, the CIP funding strategy, the capital budget, capital project management, asset condition assessment, prioritization of asset maintenance and replacement, funding of asset maintenance, quality control and assurance, and metrics.
