Capital Improvements Programming

These standalone policies include a policy establishing requirements for the city’s capital improvement program (Policy 8). This policy addresses CIP preparation, composition, funding, capital asset assessments, pay-as-you-go funding, matching current revenues to capital projects, the capital budget, monitoring and adjusting the CIP, reversion of committed funds, and annual updates.
