Smart Cities

This article analyzes the overlap between concepts of the "smart" and "sustainable" city. It highlights a current lack of environmental performance indicators in most "smart city" frameworks and suggests how modifications to these frameworks could effectively merge the concepts of smart and sustainable cities.
