Small Wireless Facilities and Wireless Facilities in the ROW

This model code provides a template to help municipalities update their telecommunications ordinances to streamline small wireless facility deployment. Provisions address definitions, deployment in public rights-of-way, and deployment outside of public rights-of-way. These provisions are consistent with FCC's Declaratory Ruling in the matter of "Accelerating Wireless Broadband Deployment by Removing Barriers to Infrastructure Investment" (FCC 18-133).
