Small Wireless Facilities and Wireless Facilities in the ROW

This model code provides a template to help municipalities adopt regulations for small wireless facilities in public rights-of-way. It is an explicit alternative to the FCC's model code. Provisions address title, definitions, access to the public ROW, permit applications, administrative review, discretionary review and approval, genearal public ROW installation requirements, attachment to and replacement of decorative poles, violation of this chapter, and effective date.
