Tiny Houses and Micro-Apartments

The city's zoning code permits tiny homes by right in multiple residential districts (§15-6 Appendix A). It defines "tiny homes" as any dwelling with a minimum of 200 ft² (§15-6-21). In the R-2A district, tiny homes must be sited on lots between 2,000 and 3,700 ft² (§15-6 Appendix B).
