Tiny Houses and Micro-Apartments

The city's zoning code includes a district for foundation-mounted tiny houses on individual lots (§31-020). District development standards address platting; height, setback, yard, and area requirements; and minimum requirements for small house construction and placement. 

It defines "small house" as a single-family home between 128 and 900 ft² (§31-350(93)).
