This article provides an overview of nuisance litigation against wind turbines and two case Law examples. It discusses applications of nuisance law to wind energy conversion systems (WECs) including those based on aesthetic concerns, noise, and vibration (p.1347). Case law examples discuss suits against large- and small-scale WECs.
