age-friendly communities

This clearinghouse includes resources developed by or in partnership with Grantmakers in Aging related to building age-friendly communities. The Age-Friendly Resources link in particular contains several tools to guide those involved in undertaking a new age-friendly initiative. The clearinghouse also includes more information about the Innovation@Home initiative, the Community AGEnda project, and a list of funders that support age-friendly projects.
