age-friendly communities

This clearinghouse is designed to foster age-friendly communities in Massachusetts. Users are guided through seven sections that describe what age-friendly communities are, how to join a network, and how to assess, implement, and communicate an age-friendly strategy. The clearinghouse also includes a link to a Resource Library, which contains over 130 resources related to healthy aging.
