age-friendly communities

This report provides a list of state policies related to land use, transportation, and housing that support aging in place. Using the perspectives of state legislators, staff, and agency officials as well as independent metrics, the report evaluates the effectiveness of specific policies. The authors also discuss current barriers to age-supportive statewide legislation through case studies.
