The town’s comprehensive plan was drafted with support from the Age-Friendly Georgetown sub-committee. The group surveyed residents to identify the two most pressing challenges for aging in place: transportation and home maintenance (p. 106). The committee plans to continue working closely with the town and with regional and state partners to improve the quality of life for older adults.
