This functional plan aims to make communities more inclusive and respectful through 30 action items. The Access section addresses mobility, affordability, and navigation; the Connection section addresses perception, social spaces, and intergenerational relationships; and the Innovation section addresses business and neighborhoods, workforce, and interaction. Appendix A provides a useful summary of all action items, including their assigned domain and timeline.
