This functional plan identifies seven regional priority areas: transportation, caregiver support, long term supports and services, senior centers, behavioral health, information services, and housing. Each area includes a discussion of the need, a goal, a strategy, and a list of tactics. Appendix 1 provides a profile of older adults in terms of geography, health, transportation, housing, etc., and Appendix 3 visualizes the results of a survey of older adults.
