This functional plan lists 17 strategies and corresponding actions to make the community more age-friendly. Each strategy is related to one or more of the WHO’s eight domains of livability. Appendix A includes more detailed discussion of the implementation plan and a chart summarizing the actions, agencies, timeline, and indicators.
