This functional plan uses six of the WHO’s eight domains of livability to present a vision, current conditions, and goals. The urgency to become age-friendly is greater here because the island is aging faster than the national average. Appendix A provides a useful summary of all proposals and Appendix B highlights how each goal will be measured, and by whom.
