This functional plan focuses on improving housing, health and safety, home- and community-based services, and communications and information to make the community more age-friendly. The Executive Summary includes a chart that lists all objectives and actions, as well as the responsible department and time frame. Appendix 4 provides a useful list of resources organized by topic. The plan ends with a report analyzing the results of a resident survey.
