This functional plan identifies strategies to reduce racial and social inequality among older adults in each of the WHO’s eight domains of livability. Chapter 4 discusses a vision, current initiatives, and gaps for each domain and Chapter 5 proposes goals and actions to improve the quality of life of older adults.
