This functional plan organizes the WHO’s eight domains of livability into the categories of Livability, Lifestyles, and Well-Being. It includes a discussion of how this plan aligns with other city and county plans and principles (p. 15 – 20) and lists strengths, challenges, opportunities, goals, tasks, and lead agencies for each domain. An Implementation Timeline summarizes the recommendations and sets deadlines.
