Benefits of Compact, Mixed Use Development

This report summarizes the results of three independent studies that discuss the effects of compact development on greenhouse gas emissions. It compares the data, methods, results, and policy proposals from each study and discusses how compact development can be used as a climate change mitigation strategy. Part 2 provides a more technical summary of each report.
