This report takes a comprehensive look at arterial streets to define unhealthy corridors and propose solutions. Figure 1 discusses the four categories of corridor conditions: transportation, economics, health and safety, and equity. Part 2 shares more specific policy approaches and Figure 15 lists the attributes shared by all healthy corridors studied.
