This report considers how corridor redevelopment can improve public health. Unhealthy corridors lack active transportation infrastructure and emphasize passing through rather than sticking around. The report emphasizes the social and economic opportunities of redeveloping corridors for health and discusses some of the challenges planners might face. It includes a Healthy Corridor Typology.
