This recorded webinar introduces community health needs assessment (CHNA) and the Community Health Assessment Toolkit developed by the Association for Community Health Improvement. Although nonprofit hospitals are now required to complete a CHNA every three years under the Affordable Care Act, many have been using it already to improve service. The toolkit centers community engagement and provides guidance on implementation and evaluation.
