This guide outlines the principles and requirements of the 2015 Enterprise Green Communities Criteria in relation to Minnesota’s sustainable housing policy. It is intended for use by any multifamily, single family, substantial rehab, and moderate rehab projects requesting and/or receiving Minnesota Housing financing.
