Green Building

This functional plan includes objectives to reduce energy consumption of pre-existing buildings and to achieve zero net carbon emissions in all new buildings and homes. It highlights actions and certification systems to achieve this second objective (19H). The functional plan also mentions promoting green building career development opportunities (20E).
