This report lays out the opportunities and challenges of building reuse and proposes a model adaptive reuse ordinance. It includes a 6 to 18-month timeline that communities can use to structure their preservation efforts and shares brief case studies from Los Angeles, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Chicago, and Detroit.
