Historic Preservation

This article looks at Detroit’s effort to preserve one of the last remaining Negro League ballparks, Hamtramck Stadium. It raises questions about which spaces preservationists tend to value, and advocates for the preservation of more spaces that are historically significant to marginalized communities.
