Historic Preservation

This article discusses the need to merge adaptive reuse with historic preservation to ensure spaces remain useful post-renovation. It shares the story of an adaptive reuse project from South Dallas, Texas, in which a glass interior was set inside a historic shell, allowing the project to achieve LEED Platinum certification.
