Historic Preservation

This guide is designed to support states and local governments looking to incorporate historic preservation into their mitigation plans. It walks through four phases of the planning process: organize resources, assess risks, develop a mitigation plan, and implement the plan and monitor progress. Appendix A provides a glossary of terms, Appendix B lists additional resources by theme, and Appendix C contains useful worksheets to aid in the planning process.
