Historic Preservation

The city’s comprehensive plan contains a historic preservation element. It reviews the current program, details the city’s development history and historic resources, and describes how historic preservation supports environmental, economic, and social sustainability. It sets nine objectives with accompanying action items to guide decision making related to historic preservation.
