Historic Preservation

The city’s comprehensive plan includes a historic preservation element. Six objectives with related strategies detail the community’s desire to improve the local historic preservation program by better integrating historic preservation into local policy and planning processes. Objective HP-6 describes the need to incorporate historic preservation into disaster planning and recovery.
