Historic Preservation

The city’s comprehensive plan contains a chapter on cultural resources. It stresses the importance of cultural resources for placemaking, identifies five central issues, and sets three objectives and related actions to support the community’s preservation goal. An extensive community history and an overview of the current historic preservation program are also included.
