Historic Preservation

This functional plan explores how to improve the historic preservation program in Corvallis, Oregon. It provides a historic overview of the city, outlines the strengths and challenges of the current historic preservation program, and lists goals and policies for six plan components: administration, identification, management tools, incentives and benefits, education, and advocacy and partnership. Appendix C contains short descriptions of several of the city’s historic resources and Appendix D shares an implementation matrix.
